Digital delivery
BrandQuill Solo is a digital product. After a successful payment, Lemon Squeezy emails the receipt and license key. The key unlocks unlimited ordinary BrandQuill publishing and the licensed AI Policy Operations Kit download. Nothing is shipped physically, and shipping costs are zero.
Seven-day fit guarantee
Try the three free BrandQuill exports before purchasing. If the paid product does not work for your intended Word template or the included files are not a fit, email support@brandquill.app within seven calendar days of the first payment. Include the order email address and order number so the purchase can be located.
Refund method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy. Processing time depends on the payment provider. A refunded, reversed, or charged-back order no longer includes paid BrandQuill access or a license to use the paid toolkit files.
Important boundaries
The guarantee does not cover a change of mind after the seven-day window, use that violates the license or terms, or a request that cannot be matched to a valid order. This policy does not limit consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
