Document Publisher for BrandQuill support

What the add-in does

Document Publisher for BrandQuill turns text you select in Microsoft Word into a new editable document using any DOCX or DOTX template. It reads only the text you explicitly import and does not change the Word document you have open.

Start publishing

1. Open a Word document and select the text you want to reuse.
2. On the Home tab, open BrandQuill and choose Import selected Word text.
3. Review the imported draft and choose Choose a template and publish.
4. Select your own DOCX or DOTX template, or use a BrandQuill starter template.
5. Download the new editable Word document.

If Word is not connected

Close and reopen the BrandQuill task pane from the Word Home tab. If the connection message still does not appear, reload the document or restart Word. You can also paste a draft into the task pane and continue without importing a selection.

Privacy and document access

The add-in requests read-only document access. Drafts and templates remain in the Office webview while BrandQuill creates the file. They are not uploaded to BrandQuill servers or sent to an AI model. Read the full BrandQuill privacy policy.

Free use and optional license

You can create three documents without an account or payment. An optional $19 one-time Solo license unlocks unlimited ordinary publishing. There is no subscription. Purchase, refund, and license terms are explained in the BrandQuill terms of service.
